From the view of the bag sitting on the left side of your body: the top strap to be worn over right shoulder, left strap to follow around the left side of waist and right strap to follow around the right side of your waist. All three strap are to meet at the right side of your waist (or anywhere at the back if you have someone to help). Then proceed to tie each strap around each other over and over in any way you wish until this feels tight. This unorthodox approach is the beauty in the bag.
